I Am in a Different Time Zone. What Should I Do?

ICNS welcomes participants from around the world and recognises that differences in time zones can make attending or presenting at certain hours challenging.

If you are based in a time zone significantly different from the conference’s official time zone, please inform the Organising Committee as early as possible, preferably before the scientific programme is finalised.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate participants’ time zones when scheduling presentations. However, due to organisational constraints and the international nature of the conference, we cannot guarantee that all individual preferences will be met.

If a suitable time cannot be arranged, pre-recorded presentations may be considered as an alternative, subject to approval by the Organising Committee and the participation arrangements established for each conference edition.

We believe that geographical distance and time zone differences should not become unnecessary barriers to international academic exchange.
