Only coffee breaks are included in the conference. There are very convenient restaurants close to our campus, and the canteen has a very acceptable menu.

Can I bring a guest?
Guest may attend to the conference. We have reserved a very limited free number of seats for them. Guests credentials can be picked up onsite at the registration desk on a first come first serve basis.

Do I need a visa to attend the conference?
There are a few countries that require a visa for entry. We recommend checking in advance with your country’s local Portuguese consulate for details and requirements.
Will I need a badge to enter the conference?
Yes, you will be required to wear a conference badge at all times. Badges can be picked up at the ICNS registration desk during open registration hours. If you should misplace your badge, the registration desk can assist with a re-print, proper identification will be required.

What is the primary language spoken at ICNS?
English is the official language of the conference including all sessions and hands-on labs. Translation services will not be available, but in case of need we are always happy to help.
